In this unit we will explore the difference between fiction and nonfiction. We will listen to some great fictional stories and then learn about a few different animals using our nonfiction source, PebbleGo. You will complete a unit quiz.

We are going to choose two new books while we listen to our read aloud. If you are at home you can find something to read on BookFlix or TumbleBooks by clicking the button below. You will need our password that is in the stream of your Google Classroom.

There are so many great types of books, but the two main categories of books are fiction and nonfiction. I am sure that you have read each of these types of books, but how do you know which is which?
Now that you have a good idea of the difference between fiction and nonfiction we are going to watch a couple of videos that will ensure you will never forget the difference between the two types of books.
