If you could meet anyone who would it be? Fourth graders are exploring that idea by becoming that person. We have been investigating a famous person of their choice and will be presenting to the other classes in the school soon. Students have covered people from Stephen Curry to Henry Ford and are excited to be sharing soon!
We are making some changes in the Library to make it even more student focused. Checkout these fourth graders enjoying our new flexible space that can be used for read-to-self or group work time.
Sometimes we finish a little early and just need to move our bodies. First graders enjoyed this throwback Thursday with some M.C. Hammer from GoNoodle.
Students at CE take the time to dive into their new books each and every day while in the Library. Here are just a couple of our third grade reading rock stars enjoying their new books.
What would you get if you crossed a Gray Fox, Komodo Dragon and an African Penguin? First graders are using their imagination to find out. Classes are using PebbleGo to find facts about real life animals and then squishing them together to make something brand new.
Roar!!!
Our third graders are hard at work doing their Jurassic Park Project. Working in groups of two and three, students investigated a dinosaur and are creating a set of Google Slides. These slides are going to be shared to create a Jurassic Park that we can explore as a class. Make sure to ask your amateur paleontologist all about their dino! |
